Grupa Kolastyna is one of the leading face and body care cosmetics and perfume producers and distributors in Poland,  the owner of known Polish cosmetic brands: Laboratorium Kolastyna, Miraculum, Tanita, Pani Walewska, Brutal, Uroda, Makler, Wars, Lider.  Kolastyna is also unquestionable leader of sun protection products (sun protection products, after-tan products and self-tan products) both by sales value (14.7%) and by quantitative sales (19.0%). Kolastyna has 1^st position in sun protection products segment  – market share of 15.55, quantitative- 21.2% (MEMRB Poland, data from 2007). The company owns modern laboratory that collaborates with well known researching institutes such as:  Instytut Matki i Dziecka, Klinika Dermatologii in Poznan, medical universities. High quality products, proved by ISO 9001:2000 certificate and BRC Global Standards system, won many brand awards and marks.  

Grupa Kolastyna products are available in over 30 countries in the world, amongst which are: Russia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, France, Spain, Sweden, Germany, USA.

Grupa Kolastyna (Laboratorium Kolastyna) was established by Urszula Grzegorzewski, who later became Board President and main shareholders. In 2003 Kolastyna took over control packet of FK Miraculum shares  (66,52%) and became capital group.  In 2006 the company’s name was changed to Grupa Kolastyna with Head Office in Krakow, and Laboratorium Kolastyna became – along with Miraculum and Juliette Essayer – one of the Group’s cosmetic brand names. The most important date for company was 2007 because of successful debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange (February), taking over Unicolor (July), buying known cosmetic brands from PZ Cussons Poland (October) and merger with FK Miraculum (December).
