History of Grupa Kolastyna:

2008

September - Andrzej Grzegorzewski, previous president of board in Grupa Kolastyna S.A, as decided by shareholders during Annual General Meeting of 1st September, takes the chair of Supervisory Board’s chairman.

July - Grupa Kolastyna Supervisory Board has appointed a new Board President Mr. Jacek Szkurłat, who will take the chair on 1st September 2008. Mr. Szkurłat has wide experience in managing and selling.

2007

December  – merger with FK Miraculum.

October – buying known cosmetic brands from PZ Cussons Poland.

July – taking over Unicolor Join Stock.

March – acquiring packet of FK Miraculum Join Stock shares – share increase to 93, 77%.

February – successful debut of Grupa Kolastyna on Warsaw Stock Exchange

2006

Name change from Laboratorium Kolastyna Join Stock to Grupa Kolastyna Join Stock with Head Office in Krakow.

2005

Grupa Kolastyna gained 6 m PLN  in the way of non-public offer.

2003

Kolastyna took over control packet of FK Miraculum Join Stock shares (66,52%).

90-ies 

Development of laboratory and production base as well as sales structures.

Introducing wide range of modern and wanted skin care products.

1997

Kolastyna took over the well-known hair care cosmetics producer – Ann Cosmetics.

1991

Laboratorium Kolastyna introduced specialized line of Sun protection products to market.

1985

The company produced its first collagen and elastin products.

February  1983

Laboratorium Kolastyna was established by Urszula Grzegorzewski, who later became Board President and main shareholders.
