Andrzej Grzegorzewski - Chairman of Supervisory Board in Grupa Kolastyna

When Andrzej joined Kolastyna Group in 1992, the company had an annual turnover of 2 million PLN. Today, the Group has an annual turnover of 81 million PLN. Andrzej graduated from the Pharmacy Department at the Medical University of Łódź in 1992. In 1999, he was voted Talented Young Businessman of the year and was awarded the gold medal at the finals of an international competition for young entrepreneurs in Orlando.

Kolastyna Group has received numerous awards during Andrzej Grzegorzewski’s presidency:

Andrzej is 37 years old, and is married with two sons. In his spare time he enjoys analysing the biographies of interesting people from the world of politics and business. Travelling and sports are his passions: he dives, rides horses, and goes windsurfing, kitesurfing and skiing. He jogs everyday.

Aleksander Siuda – Board Member and Vice General Director of Grupa Kolastyna

Aleksander graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology at the August Cieszkowski Agricultural University in Poznań. He is responsible for managing production and logistics. Aleksander has been working for Kolastyna Group since 2003. He was initially Production Director before becoming Vice General Director for Production and Logistics. Before joining Kolastyna Group Aleksander was employed as Production Director of Lambertz Polonia Sp. z o.o. and worked for Okocim Brewery SA from 1987-2001, first as the head of production and subsequently as the Director of the Okocim Brewery. He began his career in Poznań Breweries in 1983. From 1995-2004, he participated in numerous training programs in economics and management, both in Poland and abroad. In 1997, Aleksander was awarded the Bronze Cross for Service to the Republic of Poland. He also won the Polish edition of the “Employer – organiser of safe work” competition in 1998, during which year he served as President of the Polish Federation of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs (Junior Chamber International).
Aleksander is 48 and is married with a son and three daughters.

Jolanta Kubicka – Board Member and Financial Director of Grupa Kolastyna

Jolanta graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź having majored in industrial economics in September 1976. After two years of postgraduate studies, she qualified as a statutory auditor in 1990. Jolanta began her career as a clerical officer in the economics department of the “Ariadna” Thread Factory in the Widzew district of Łódź. In subsequent years she took on roles that entailed more and more responsibility. From 1987-1991 she directed the cost department of the “Pollena Ewa” Cosmetics Factory. From 1991-2002 she was a director of the service centre at CGS Beton Polska, a member of the Górażdże group. Since July 2003 she has been working at Kolastyna Laboratory as chief accountant.
