Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa Kolastyna shareholders (held on 20th November 2007) and Miraculum CF Company (held on 19th November 2007) accepted the resolution to merge two companies. more
Today the board of directors of Grupa Kolastyna published sales forecast for 2008 which implies net profit of 12-15 m PLN as well as sales income on the level of 115 m PLN. more
